How Does the System Work?
8-Person Partnership
Karavelioğlu Shipbuilding, Yachting and Maritime Industry Inc., carrying its 110-year maritime heritage into the future, has developed the Karvelli Yacht House model.
The main feature of this model is the 8-person fractional ownership system.
This system shares the costs and responsibilities of yacht ownership, leaving you only with enjoyment and freedom.

Usage Calendar
Holiday periods are distributed fairly through a planned schedule.
The weeks when the yacht is not in use are reserved for maintenance and repair.
Fair Rotation System
- The first partner to purchase has the first right of choice in the first year.
- The 8 partners each choose one week in turn until the calendar is filled.
- In the following year, the first right of choice shifts one place forward. The one who chose first the previous year moves to the last place in the next year.
- In this way, everyone has the chance to use the yacht in different seasons.
- This system guarantees fair distribution and ensures that all partners can enjoy different periods.
Turnkey Management
Karvelli professionally handles all management and maintenance processes so that shareholders can experience the pleasure of their yacht at the highest level without taking on any operational burden.
Management & Operations
- Marina berthing
- Captain, and if necessary, additional crew such as hostess, chef, or technical support
- Reservation and usage calendar management
Technical Maintenance
- Engines, electric/hybrid systems, hull maintenance, antifouling works, and regular service inspections
Safety & Equipment
- Inspection and renewal of lifejackets, fire extinguishers, and all safety equipment certifications
Interior & Comfort
- Maintenance of air conditioning and ventilation systems
- Interior cleaning and disinfection services
- Upholstery and furniture care
Legal & Administrative Procedures
- Insurance policies, berthing permits, navigation documents, and port procedures
Shareholders benefit fully from all of these services in return for a fixed monthly management fee.
